I have been having so much fun in Spanish class with your sweet children this year! We have been learning how to greet someone in Spanish, numbers, colors and sizes through fun songs, games, books and activities.

Did you know that learning a second language in childhood boosts memory, concentration, creativity, mental flexibility and academic performance? You can support your child’s language learning at home by teaching them what you know and repeating it often. Also, read to them in another language even if you don’t feel like your accent is perfect. Download age appropriate apps in Spanish. You can also play music or even TV shows in another language. However you decide to support your child in their language learning, it will be time well spent.
